APN setting access
I have changed to ID recently; I am in France and cannot access the internet. I have read the threads on this subject and it seems thqt changing the APN setting is required. The problem is that on my Iphone 6plus the option in settings mobile data network or cellulqr network data is not there. Apple website says that in this case I need to contact the operator; Can you help?

We have no way of accessing the APN settings when you're using one of our SIM cards in the iPhone I'm afraid. Have you made sure that the data roaming option within your phone is turned on, and the roaming service is activated within your account online?
