Hello! I’m trying to message abroad and my messages keep getting bounced back with the message, “Can’t send message with iD Mobile - error 28”. I have the correct number down and was wondering what the fix for this issue would be. I have seen some posts about increasing the cap limit but have seen no instructions on how to do that. I use a Moto g(6) if that helps. Thanks.

I am pretty sure that Error 28 has something to do with bill capping. I remember it from the previous posts on the community. I have attached some links below to help you set it up.
