I have an ID Mobile SIM card in my campervan router. It worked fine in the UK but has stopped working when I crossed into France. I can't register for the App as it needs to send a text message which I can't receive. How can I contact someone from ID Mobile to solve the problem?

By default, Roaming is enabled in the app/account.

I understand you're using the SIM in the router. Are you able to access the router settings to see if the Roaming feature is enabled?
Usually this is due to Roaming not being turned on in the device or the APN settings are configured correctly.

Does your router allow you to check this at all?
Is this a DATA Only SIM or did you purchase a SIM that has minutes + texts and data and just stick it in the router?
