I pay monthly and there is always an issue when phoning in italy!!!! I should not require to top up when I know I have enough money, credit on my account

We are sorry to hear about this issue. When calling abroad, due to it being a chargeable call you will need to ensure that your billing cap is set high enough to allow the call to be made. If you log into your account, are you able to check that your cap has enough balance remaining to be able to allow the call?
