Since my contract is closed, what about my data? Will i be able to use it since COVID-19 has stopped everything.  Will i still be able to use my data or am k not gonna be able to use it at all.

What do you mean by "my contract is closed " ? Did you request a PAC Code or cancelled your Contract? 

 

The message from the screenshot informs about Support Centre being closed, which means that calling 7777 or using Live Chat will be very limited.

If your contract is closed, do you mean you have left us?

If so, we wouldn’t have any means to provide any services to you in which case.

 

Our Contact Centres being closed will have no affect on any active services you have with iD Mobile.
