any updates about roaming in EU in case of no deal Brexit ?

Unfortunately, we've no further information on the future of EU Roaming post Brexit. As soon as there are any changes, we'll be sure to communicate them either here on our Community or on our website. For now, you can enjoy the benefits of inclusive roaming in the 50 destinations ☺️

Hello Mohammed,

Thank you for your reply to Philippe.  However, the full Brexit leaving date is only a few months from now but your reply is over a year old and doesn’t move the discussion forward.

As someone who travels to Europe, it would be helpful to me to know if I need to plan alternative arrangements.  

By this stage ID Mobile must have a very firm idea about how it intends to act. It is time that this was shared with the community.

Hi @Alert,

At this time, we have no plans to change our current roaming policies but if any changes are due, they will be noted on our website and I would expect there to be a long notice period and a text message to be sent to our customers to explain any changes due to come in.
