Did you use your phone while on the cruise ship? Using your data while in international waters is not included in your roaming data, so it could be that?

Hey @Adey,

As @RebeccaF has answered here, the charges were likely to have been incurred due to usage on a Cruise ship. Cruise ship networks are not included in the inclusive Roaming destinations and carry a charge (which you should find on the ferry/ship).
