International Usage in Spain

I'm currently in the Balearics with my family, all of whom have phones on ID. However, I cannot seem to call any of them. When I do try to call all I get is a voice message stating that "the number you have dialled has not yet been assigned to a client" and I'm thus unable to contact any of them by voice. I am able to text them though. My international features including roaming all seem to be enabled and we are connected to the "Movistar - ID", and they are able to call me, just not the other way round. Suggestions??

Hi Simon,

This is a very strange issue! Are you able to call them if you try to dial their number using the +44 prefix, i.e starting the number with +447 instead of 07?

That seems to have fixed it. Thanks
