Is my plan a takeaway plan?

I’m going to America tomorrow and didn’t realise there’s such a thing as a takeaway plan which I need to have or I’ll be charged. I have a plan for £7 a month that gives me 500 texts, 5000 minutes and 2.5gb of data but it doesn’t tell me what kind of plan it is and I need to check if it’s a takeaway plan or what I can do to Ben able to use my data in the USA. Does anyone know where I can find what kind of plan I have or what to do?

Hi @Frankenllama,

At the moment we only offer Roam Like at Home in 50 destinations across Europe. As the USA is outside of this zone you would incur charges to use your SIM in the USA.

If you would like more information on the charges for using your SIM in the USA you can check them HERE.

We don't offer a plan at the moment that let's you roam like at home, so any usage would be chargeable.

I hope this helps.
