I have been trying to call overseas but am barred. Why? I am getting told that I need to top up my account but I have only just opened it so this cannot be true

Hey @Petergunter 

 

It might be because you have setup Cap limit to "0". Here you can read a little bit more about it and here you will find video tutorial how to change your cap limit.
