Outgoing calls not going through

I am on holiday in Europe and need to make an important call to the UK. My ID number doesnt let me make any outgoing calls. Incoming and 4g are fine. The message that I get on calling any number is - No record of this number. Please check the number and call again. Need help asap

If you are trying to call contact that is already saved on your phone it would be good idea to try to edit that number and add +44 or 0044 before the number. Make sure it looks like +447123123123 or 00447123123123.

It is a number with that configuration. I cant even call the ID 7777 number.

Just to make sure. Did you toggle roaming on and setup your cap limit to something above £0 in your iD Mobile app?

I have access to 'like home' services and hence can use my minutes within the EU. No cap required. It has been all fine until this morning. All of a sudden I have had this problem.

Hi @annoyeduser123,

Please can you log into your account online or through our app and turn off the roaming services, turn off your phone (for around 10 minutes) and then turn roaming back on along with your phone?

This will help refresh the phones connection to the network.
