I am getting message "the number you have called has not yet been assigned to a client" when phoning from the canaries to a uk landline.
Hey
Â
I think it might be the same issue as another user reported when trying to contact UK number from USA. Have a look here and let me know if that helps to solve your enquiry.Â

Kind Regards
Gregor

HI.
Â
I think the problem is with my phone,HTC Desire 530.
I can call numbers from my phone book with no problems.Â
However i am getting the above message when I dial a number manually.
I assume I am not entering the dialling code correctly?
Thanks for your help.
Vic.

Are these local numbers in the Canaries you’re trying to reach
The dialling code for the Canary Islands is the same as mainland Spain I do believe.
So you’d want to dial 0034 before the number.
Hi.The numbers I have been trying are to the UK.Do I dial 0044 01etc.or do I leave out the 01 after the 0044?
Hope I have explained myself?
Thanks,Vic.
Hi again
To call United Kingdom from Spain, dial: 00 - 44 - Area Code - Land Phone Number
-or-
00 - 44 - 10 Digit Mobile Number
Ignore the dashes, as you wouldn’t leave any spaces. Be sure to drop the zero you’d normally use at the start of a phone number (when at home) too.
