If I have no credit will I be able to answer a call if I am abroad? I shall be outside of the EU roaming area.
If I don't answer the call will the caller be able to leave me a voicemail message?

Hi Adrian,
It would cost you to receive the call in the Dominican Republic so this would simply cut off if you tried to answer it with no credit.
If you did not answer, your voicemail service would pick up the call as normal.
