Just quickly asking. Does iD Mobile use MTS in Belarus as its main partner operator or is it a different one? I’m also assuming if someone calls me in Belarus they’d have to pay the roaming rates whilst if I call them it’s included in the contract.
Also are there going to be any new countries added to the international coverage and are there going to be any countries removed? (EU roaming policy question)

Hello there
I believe you want to be using Velcom when roaming in Belarus.
You should be able to call home or other networks covered in the inclusive EU Roaming territories as part of your regular allowance.
People calling you from other countries, to you in Belarus. That would be classed as an International Call to said dialler there.
We have no news at the moment on if any changes are due to come in regards to the countries included with roaming or if any such changes would come to prices or anything due to Brexit.
Rest assured we’ll no doubt send either an email, letter, or some sort of text alert if we had some news to share though.
