Roaming in Macedonia
I've been travelling for the past week and haven't had mobile network at all since leaving Croatia. The other countries are outside roam at home so I didn't mind. However, I'm now in Macedonia where I should be able to use my normal bundle. Yet I have zero mobile connection and can only do emergency calls. How does this get fixed?? Thank you

Sorry to hear about the issues that you are having with Roaming in Macedonia.
If you want to use your iD phone abroad, you’ll need to make sure that roaming’s enabled on your account. Here’s how to do this:
• Log in to the app or My Account.
• Select ‘Services’.
• Toggle ‘Roaming’ on.
It may also be worth checking that Roaming is enabled on the handset.
If you still have the issue I would advise to manually connect to a network in Macedonia. The best network to connect to would be Vip Operator. Once you have connected to the network this should hopefully resolve the issue.

So I still have no mobile network and I tried using data and no internet.
The options I have for network are T-Mobile MK and VIP-MKD (forbidden).

If you've found VIP you should be able to connect but this would not be the case if it's starting forbidden.
Can you try leaving your phone off for 5 mins then restarting to see if it changes anything to allow the connection.
