Roaming Not Working

I'm currently in Spain and have been for a few weeks now and I can't make calls, I've been given the settings anddd this still does not work, I'm very upset about this as I done everything that the settings told me to do please help

Hi Tracey.
Can you confirm if you are connected to a network, Movistar and Yoigo are available to use in Spain.

Are you also able to confirm that Roaming is enabled on your account, this can be checked on the app or at my.idmobile.co.uk.
Do you receive calls / texts?

Please let us know if you're not able to resolve this so we can investigate further resolutions.

Yes data roaming is enabled and I am on yoigo and I can receive messages and sent txt I just can't make a phone call

What happens when you try to make a call, are you given any error messages at all?

Also, do you have problems receiving calls too?
