Hi,
I'm currently in the US and my internet data is not working at all. I have roaming enabled on my phone and on my iD account, I have disabled 4g so it's only allowing 3g, and I contacted customer services before going abroad to double-check that it would work here - they said it would. I need it urgently on this trip so this has become a real problem.
Do you know anything I can do to fix this, or someone I can contact who can fix it?

Did you try manually search for available networks? That's what I had to do it when I was in Portugal. Rebooting your phone before choosing your provider manually should help as well.
