I am a new customer of ID and recently travelled to Croatia, unfortunately I could not accept data whilst there. perhaps my phone setting need to be updated, pleas can you help. My phone is a one+ 1. Should mention that data
is ok whilst in the UK.

Hello @john_le_squash,

Try deleting your APN settings on your device currently then adding fresh new APN settings with the ones in the above linked topic.
