Unable to send message from abroad, can't send message with iD - error 28

A currently in Pakistan, need to send a message to a Banks number to verify a purchase. Coming up with error 28. Have adjusted my out of plan charges cap so I have funds to send it, international, premium and roaming settings in the iD app are all on. Have tried switching networks manually. Don't know what else to do. If it helps, the bank number is a 5 digit number if that changes anything. Thanks

Hi @Zainh98,

Did this work when you were in the UK? Sometimes when messaging a short code number (5 digits), especially if it's new, it may not work if the number hasn't been registered with our network. Please can you contact our Live Chat team here regarding this so we can have the number reported to get this sorted?
