My ID account says roaming is okay (with spend capped to £0) and my phone is set to be able to roam but I am unable to send texts or use the internet, but I have received texts. I had a little look and thought it may be the APN, but having tried entering all the details for my model of phone for cubic telecom the problem isn’t fixed. Does anyone know what the problem might be and how I can get it to work?
