ive just arrived in Croatia but cannot use mobile data. I was informed via text upon arrival that I’d be able to use my phone abroad but that has not been the case.
Ive tried restarting my network settings (iPhone 7), and selecting each of the three available carriers manually.
I have seen posts recommending changing my APN settings but my phone won’t allow me to do so.
Finally, I’ve checked my account details in the app and roaming and use abroad is enabled.
Any helps is appreciated as I can’t rely on places having Wi-fi.

I'm sorry to hear about this. When you head into your phones settings, do you see an option for 'Profiles', usually under the 'General' settings section? If so, this will need to be deleted/removed.
