Hi. I bought my iPhone 7 at iD Mobile 2.5 years ago (the contract has been over), and I am planning to move to Korea. Thus, I need to unlock my iPhone to use it there only by changing the local sim card.

Please let me know how to unlock my iPhone.

FYI, when I traveled to China 4 months ago, I have tried to use the local sim card, but it didn't work since the phone is locked. Thank you!

My phone’s locked to iD Mobile. How can I unlock it?
As with most networks, iD Mobile has an unlocking policy to protect us from any potential fraudulent activity.
We can unlock your phone if you’ve been with us for more than 6 months, and you don’t have an outstanding balance on your account.
Unlocking is free, and usually takes no more than 3-5 days.
