Hi I’m going to Cuba will it be expensive to use my phone here?

It is indeed very expensive to use roaming in Cuba. Here you can check the details. It also seems that texting and mobile data is not available while in Cuba and calls are to expensive even for a short conversation.
I would recommend to stick to WiFi when available and use of WhatsApp instead.

We'd recommend you follow Hikari's advise and use Wifi where possible to keep control of your costs. It may be wise to turn off mobile data if you don't want any unexpected charges to occur.
