no mobile data

I cannot access mobile data at all anywhere. I’ve tried switching on and off/  airplane mode on and off etc. signal  is good where I live.

I’d check if there are any network faults or problems affecting the service where you live.

Thanks but mobile data is not working anywhere for the past week including out of my area

Okay @Elisabeth Barratt, can you use mobile data (internet) when your iD SIM is in another phone?

Is the mobile data feature turned ON on your phone?

Your phone might be broken.

Hi @Elisabeth Barratt, are calls and texts working fine? Is it possible you’ve accidentally disabled mobile data? 

Open the notifications panel (where you find Flight Mode) and see if mobile data is enabled.
