I cannot access mobile data at all anywhere. I’ve tried switching on and off/ airplane mode on and off etc. signal is good where I live.
I’d check if there are any network faults or problems affecting the service where you live.

Your phone might be broken.

Open the notifications panel (where you find Flight Mode) and see if mobile data is enabled.
