after an upgrade - do i keep my old Sim or have to activate the new one

Hi,

I have just upgraded and I want to keep my old number. 
I just wanted to know whether you could just use my old sim or whether I have to use the new sim that came with the phone 

(and if I change my mind can I swap to the new sim later on in the plan)

Hi @cato,

 

You can continue to use the existing SIM if you like, but if you do, we would recommend keeping the new one safe in case it does activate itself later down the line.

 

Although as advised you can keep the old SIM, we’d always recommend activating the new one.
