Calls dropping at 20 minutes

My calls keep dropping at 20 minutes telling me that I am not allowed to call this number... it is very frustrating! Please advise. I also cant login to the call centre as I have never been given a pass code and kept my old number so dont have the original number issued.. Its actually infuriating!
