Can't be heard

I switched from Vodafone to ID last week, SIM only. Had no problems with the handset before then (iPhone 6). Now when anyone calls, I can hear them but they can’t hear me. Suggestions to rectify this, please

Start recording on your mobile. This will check your mic working fine.

Insert other sim to your mobile. And check calling.
