Can't make calls with a new phone

I have a new phone and transferred my number across and had the text saying it was done.

I can’t make calls.

I bought my son the same phone - he has put the Sim in as he is not transferring his phone number, but he has the same issue.

So 2 new phones and can’t use either!

Hi @SharonF,

 

For your phone, it sounds as though the port is in process. you can encourage this process along by removing the SIM card and powering down the handset for 10 minutes.
