cancel my order

Ordered a handset and sim a week ago, had no update and can’t get through to any customer service.  It’s really frustrating, get directed around in circles.  Anyhow, please direct me how to cancel my order so I can buy through a more reliable company

Was it a pre-order? Have you received any emails in relation to the order?


Also, has any money left your bank account in relation to the order?



It is an IPhone 11, so no, not a pre-order and yes the original purchase for the handset has left my bank account
