Cancellation

As my upgrade phone stopped working one day after I received it (last January) I complained but no=one could help me. I therefore now wish to cancel my contract and pay it up.

Please could someone email me about this with the amount left to pay, as I am sick of fighting this matter.

Cancelling your plan shouldn’t be difficult at all sorry. Please click here to see all the relevant information on how to get that sorted.

 

If you want to make a payment manually after cancelling, please call 0333 003 7777.

Enter your Mobile number then select Option 2 followed by Option 2 again.

You can then make a payment for the desired amount via our automated payment line.

 

You do not need to speak to anyone for this so do not need to wait on hold to connect to an agent.
