I currently have a contract with ID mobile that is finishing in around six months time but I wish to cancel early. I’ve gone onto my account and tried to cancel it but it is said to contact an ID team member there is no phone number I have tried the live chat agents but they have been busy for over 24 hours I wish get this sorted out quickly as I am on a tight timescale but don’t know what to do.
Can anyone help.
