Cannot receive SMS texts

I recently came back from a vacation and switched back to my ID sim in my phone. Since then, i am not receiving any SMS texts.

After reboot was able to text myself. Still unable to text any other number.

Can anyone suggest any other setting to change?

Are you using a dual SIM phone @vivekpandiyan,

Try checking your handset settings.

Also try removing any other SIM cards and/or switching the SIM slots.

To confirm, you're unable to send any texts or receive any texts either?

Thanks for your reply.

I am using an iPhone. I tried resetting the network settings, also tried removing and reinserting the SIM too.

I am able to send texts, but unable to receive them.

That's a very odd one indeed @vivekpandiyan,

Can you try texting your own number, does this work?

I had a previous customer reporting the same issues, also upon his return to the UK, but the issue was due to coverage which was resolved once any repair work completed in his area.

Can you try the above text test and let us know what happens?
