Change Upgrade Phone

So when I ordered my phone upgrade initially, the checkout promised that it would be sometime in January when it would be in stock and sent to me. I figured ‘Okay, iPhone 12, that’s understandble.’

However, now I’ve been told that it won’t be in stock until the end of February but only for the colour that I had chosen.
I really don’t care about the colour that much, so would there be a way I could change my order so that I can get my phone sooner?
