I have been contracted with ID Mobile for 2 years, and rarely use my existing ID Mobile phone number

I have received the PAC code for my Vodafone work phone as i’m leaving my current company, and use this phone number much more frequently than my ID Mobile phone number

How can i begin using my old work phone number on my ID Mobile iPhone in place of the existing phone number i never use?

Hi @Mike11,

You will be able to supply us with the Vodafone PAC code in order to move the Vodafone number onto our network. You can submit this to us via your online account, via your app or to our Live Chat Team here.
