Have just found out I have a negative credit report because there is £1.60 outstanding on closed account,unable to log on as account closed tried web chat gave me two numbers which again are no help any suggestions? By the way ID never had the courtesy to let me know of this outstanding amount despite following all the cancelling contract directions but what can you expect
