I have tried to send a competition entry text to 81155 but repeatedly get a “Not delivered” message.
I can see other chats opened in the community but solutions have all been PM’d so I assume this is being resolved on a case by case basis.
The competition in question is free to send (“Standard network rate”) and I have done this previously with no issues. It seems to be a new problem.
To double check I tried to enter another paid-for competition, to 82122, costing £2 and this also failed. My Premium feature is off and my Extra usage charges are set to £12.
Is there a solution, please?
