Coverage in Bicester

Hi, I’ve just switched to ID. I get a terrible signal in my house, and at my work its non existent. Before purchasing I checked coverage and both areas were suppose to be good.Any one else in OX26 have the same problems?

Hello @VickyLS,

I’ve checked the coverage and one of the 3G masts that cover the area shows as having Excellent Outdoor and Good Indoor coverage.

There was some recent planned maintenance which caused the potential outage on the 10th which has since been resolved.

A neighbouring mast due to planned maintenance and this is due to be completed tonight.
