Hello is anyone able to Contact me about my account as I’m overdue this month for my bill. I have suffered reducing hours at work related to indirect impacts of covid19 . There is no way of contacting ID mobile as everything is automated

my services were stopped on Friday …...is there anyway paying twice next month?

I really need service to my phone though as my son has seizures therefore I need access to services in an emergency situation.
