I upgraded my phone yesterday and I haven’t gotten a delivery confirmation email or tracking number for the handset that should be coming today

I have upgraded my phone and I am waiting for the new phone but I do not know when the delivery is coming as I haven’t gotten an email, plus my old phone is showing no service so I do not know when my phone is coming. Also my ID mobile has already changed to my upgrade plan so I’m a bit confused

We are sorry to hear about that, have you since received your upgrade? In regards to the no service issue, did you choose to activate your new SIM card soon after ordering? If this option is chosen before you get the phone then it can lead to the new SIM card taking over.
