dont know if my order has worked

I ordered an iPhone 12 Pro Max at the beginning of December and had a sucsess email and it said dpd will let me know in 24hrs when it’s despatched but I still haven’t heard anything so unsure if my order has gone through

My order has not come and I’ve had no updates on it and I ordered it before Christmas time

can someone help me I’ve wrote twice and there are no phone numbers to ring and I am losing my patience

I ordered an iPhone 12 Pro Max beginning of December and I still haven’t received it, I looked again at the phone I ordered and it’s now saying available from the 21st of February so I’m wondering is it because of stock I haven’t received mine yet? 
would just like an update on what’s going on because I can’t tell if my order has worked or not and wether I should look else where for a phone?
