Failure to acquire a PAC code number

For two days I have been trying several times to get a PAC code, but without success. After sending an sms to 65075 I only receive a reply that states “nearly there” I cannot start with my new provider until I receive a code. Please help to sort this out.

I want to end my sim only contract. I have tried for nearly a week now, but this lousy company’s system just keeps sending me going round in circles. I want to keep my number and change provider (can’t be any worse than this one!).  I have two contracts with this provider but have only managed to cancel one plan and I cannot get to cancel the second one.  How do I escape from this virtual imprisonment?
