Faulty phone and need help on getting a repair

My daughter’s phone has become faulty. Certain buttons and functions have ceased to work. We purchased her phone at the end of June 2020 so are well within the warranty period. I am however finding it very difficult to contact someone from your company. A phone number would be helpful. We require a repair or replacement handset please. It is an apple iphone 11.

We are no longer able to use this phone for its purpose. The phone function does not work. This is an urgent request for help please as my daughter relies on her phone for her school work.

I’m sorry to hear that your handset has developed a fault.

iPhones are covered under a 12-month warranty and normally, we’d direct you to a Carphone Warehouse store to book in a repair, however, our stores are closed due to the current lockdown.

You can find repairs info here: https://www.carphonewarehouse.com/repair.html which I believe has a number you can speak to.

Alternatively, you can call Apple directly and they’ll be able to advise/support on a warranty repair.
