Forgot phone number, forgot account details. how do i login?

Hey 

 

Basically I’ve forgotten  my phone number and my login details. And can’t seem to login to the app. 
 

Anyway of me being able to login? I have like all the details etc just can’t remember the phone number as I never used it.
