HELP with sudden data issue

Getting no internet away from the house. Taken sim out and put it back. Switched phone on and off. Switched airplane mode on and off and still nothing. Been 48 hours now. If I’d known how difficult it was to contact ID I would never have joined. Phone is iPhone 11 and only a month old.

If this has only happened recently, it sounds like their may be some maintenance going on in your area. Is it just data? How many bars of signal show?

 

If you can provide us with a Postcode, we’ll run some checks for you if you like?

Last 4/5 days. I’m a taxi driver so not been getting a signal anywhere I’ve traveled recently. It’s not one particular area but everywhere I go, ie London, Essex, Kent. Getting no 3 or 4G anywhere I go.

We have not had any reported outages to suggest there may be an issue with the service,

Just to confirm your 3G and 4G service works ok at your home address? 

Are you still able to call and send text messages or is it just your data you are having problems with?
