How do I unlock my iphone 7?

I need to unlock my iphone but with the call centres closed I can’t speak to anyone to do this? Can anyone advise how I go about this? Thanks

Thanks Aklima.

However, if I follow that link it tells me to contact ID mobile to ask for it to be unlocked, but my issue is that at the moment there doesn’t seem to be a way to contact ID except via this message board with the phone lines being closed. 
 

is there another way I can do it?

You can contact them via below. 

 Live Chat team are available for account related support.

They’re available between 9am – 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am- 6pm Saturday and Sunday.

Unfortunately, were working on a reduced staff due to COVID-19, and the team are extremely busy, so the Live Chat button may not always appear as `available`. If so, it may be a matter of waiting on the page, until the button appears blue, indicating that an agent is available. No need to refresh the page, this will happen automatically.
