I have put a order in for a contract, the upfront cost has been taken out of my account and I’ve been given a reference number. The phone & SIM card won’t be delivered till the 15th December but how do I know if it’s definitely gone through and I will definitely have the phone & SIM card? And when will my contract actually start?

If you have not had a cancellation email or a refund of any payments then the order will be fine for dispatch on the given date. The contract starts once the order is fully processed upon dispatch.

Hi, I’ve received the phone today along with the SIM card but the SIM card is not picking up signal. I’m so confused and can’t seem to find my new phone number
