Someone has committed identity fraud and opened contracts in my name with yourselves, o2 and three at an address I haven’t lived at for 5 years! I’ve been trying to get in touch via your live chat for two days and no luck!!! I need to speak to your fraud team as this is now logged with action fraud, I have a crime reference number, so you need to investigate internally and resolve as you’re affecting my credit score!
