ive been trying to contact ID mobile for weeks to cancel my new contract as I get virtually zero coverage for phone or 4g despite your own coverage checked saying it should be good in my area.
for weeks I’ve not been able to connect to the live chat - it just says unavailable or freezes. On one occasion I did manage to briefly speak to someone and then it froze after they told me there was no coverage issues in my area.
I want to cancel and will be stopping my direct debit so can someone please contact me and sort this issue. Never have I ever experienced such poor customer service.
