Internet coverage

I am getting really bad, sporadic internet coverage, but when I check your map it says I should have a strong coverage in the whole area I'm in but it's consistently dropping out.

Thank you for confirming your postcode @Matt.hardaker 

 

I can confirm there is an unplanned outage within your postal area which is impacting 4G.

Please could you try switching to 3G as this may help improve your service until the issue with 4G is fixed?

Thanks for getting back to me but I've been having this issue consistently since I got the phone, this isn't a new occurance, I pay for the maximum package on a new phone and I dont feel like I'm getting my moneys worth at all. I cannot trust my data outside of using the phone on WiFi.

Hi @Matt.hardaker 

Have you tried using the phone in 3G mode as my colleague @Michelle suggested? You can do this by going into settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Network Mode > 3G Only

Please try this and let us know how you get on with the signal on your phone.
