I am receiving a lot of problems with my iPhone 11  its over heating , freezing ... volume will not stop going from loud to quiet

That doesn’t sound right at all. how long have you had the handset? Are you able to make it into a Carphone Warehouse within a Currys so our friends there can assess it for you?

Hi

I have had my handset for since November 2020. 
just to confirm i have been into currys but unable to see anyone due to lock down . Id customer service number is no use either

Hello @Hannah97.

Our repairs are handled via Carphone Warehouse, however due to lockdown this may not be possible.

You’ll need to speak to Apple directly and should be able to book in a repair via Apple.
